Create delicious nut milk with a powerful machine

This is the machine that I use in my kitchen to make homemade nut milk every 2-3 days and the root juice that I drink daily.

I love this machine and am so pleased at how powerful it is. Equally, its surprising how little amount of nuts are needed to make an ample amount of milk.

Recipe and Directions

Place 1/2 cup nuts inside machine. Add 3 cups of filtered water for hot milk or 4 cups of filtered water for cold milk. Plug in machine and select setting from panel. Once machine is plugged in, it will beep 10 seconds and then begin pulverizing the nuts. Machine automatically shuts off in five minutes when ample time has been applied for making the milk.

Be sure to use roughly half cup and no more as it will cause the machine to work hard and possibly overheat. one half cup is plenty with ratio of water that is required to make the milk.

After the machine finished pulverizing the nuts, I strain the milk with a cup strainer as I pour the liquid into a glass jar for storing in refrigerator. Often, I add double the amount of water to the milk before storing.

I use 64 oz glass jars to store the milk as it is the perfect size when more water has been added to the milk.

Variations: 1/4 cup cashews plus 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Use any kind of nuts or seeds for milk: almonds, pecans, walnuts, macadamia, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed and more!

All of these can be used in combination as well.
